Job Summary

 

Full Stack Engineering Lead | Java + React + AI
Location : London / Bristol

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineering Lead to lead a feature team and combine strong hands-on engineering skills with technical leadership.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Java / Spring Boot backend development experience
  • Strong React, JavaScript/TypeScript experience
  • Experience building REST APIs and microservices
  • Good understanding of AI/GenAI integration within modern applications
  • Strong Cloud experience, ideally GCP
  • DevOps & CI/CD experience with tools such as Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience leading feature/squad teams and driving engineering delivery
  • Strong understanding of architecture, code quality, security, testing and engineering best practices
  • Ability to mentor engineers and work closely with Product, Architecture and other engineering teams
  • Banking/Financial Services experience preferred, but not mandatory
