Job Summary

The Technical Specialist in LabVIEW Development plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality solutions for product and sustenance delivery. This role is crucial to ensuring that the delivered projects meet defined scopes and standards, thereby contributing significantly to the organization’s objectives and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, Design, And Develop Automated Test Solutions Using Labview, Ensuring Alignment With Project Requirements And Industry Standards Through Effective Collaboration With The Team.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) For Labview And Automated Test Systems, Providing In-Depth Technical Guidance And Support To Project Teams And Stakeholders.
3. Engage In Continuous Knowledge Upgrading By Exploring And Integrating New Technologies And Practices That Enhance Solution Quality And Meet Evolving Client Demands.
4. Train And Mentor Team Members In Labview And Automated Test System Development, Fostering A Skilled Workforce And Mitigating Delivery Risks Associated With Talent Shortages.
5. Gather And Analyze Project Specifications And Client Requirements To Deliver Tailored Solutions That Reflect A Deep Understanding Of Technical And Domain Knowledge.
6. Review Project Deliverables, Ensuring They Meet Organizational Quality Standards And Are Aligned With Client Expectations.
7. Recommend And Implement Value Creation Initiatives For Clients, Incorporating Industry Best Practices And Innovative Solutions In Labview And Automated Test Development.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
