Technical Specialist - Python Automation

Job Summary

The Technical Specialist in Python Automation plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality products and sustenance solutions. This position requires deep technical expertise and strategic thinking to ensure that solutions meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. The role also focuses on team development and knowledge transfer to maintain a skilled workforce in Python and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, Design, And Develop Automated Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using Python, Flask, And Sap Automation, Ensuring Compliance With Defined Scope And Quality Standards.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In Python And Associated Technologies, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To Project Teams And Stakeholders.
3. Ensure Continuous Knowledge Upgradation By Exploring And Integrating New Technologies And Tools, Keeping Solutions Current And Aligned With Industry Best Practices.
4. Train And Mentor Team Members In Python, Flask, And Automation Frameworks, Fostering A Knowledgeable Team Capable Of Mitigating Delivery Risks And Enhancing Project Outcomes.
5. Gather Detailed Specifications And Develop Tailored Solutions For Client Organizations By Leveraging Domain Knowledge And Technical Expertise In Python.
6. Review Project Deliverables For Quality Assurance And Compliance With Project Requirements, Providing Constructive Feedback For Improvements.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Promoting Innovative Approaches And Best Practices In Python Development And Automation.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Knowledge Of Python Programming And Experience With Flask Framework.
2. Proficiency In Implementing Test Automation Using Pytest And Other Testing Tools.
3. Strong Understanding Of Sap Automation And Its Integration Within Development Projects.
4. In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Lifecycle And Best Practices In Coding And Testing.
5. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Python Institute Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer (Pcep), Istqb Certified Tester.
