Job Summary

As a Technical Specialist in Siemens PLM, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality product and sustenance solutions. Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, Design, And Develop Comprehensive Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Utilizing Siemens Plm Tools, Ensuring Alignment With Project Requirements And Quality Standards.
2. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (Sme) In Siemens Plm, Guiding The Team Through Complex Challenges And Enhancing Technical Capabilities.
3. Stay Abreast Of Emerging Technologies Related To Siemens Plm And Facilitate Knowledge Upgrades Within The Team, Ensuring Solutions Remain Relevant And Of High Quality.
4. Design And Implement Training Programs For Team Members On Siemens Plm Technologies, Ensuring A Continuous Supply Of Skilled Resources And Mitigation Of Delivery Risks.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications From Clients To Deliver Tailored Solutions That Leverage Siemens Plm Capabilities And Meet Industry Standards.
6. Review And Evaluate Project Deliverables For Adherence To Quality Standards, Providing Constructive Feedback To Enhance Overall Performance.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives In Line With Siemens Plm Best Practices, Fostering Innovation And Efficiency Within The Delivery Process.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Knowledge Of Siemens Plm Software And Its Application In Product Lifecycle Management.
2. Strong Understanding Of Architectural Design Principles And Solution Delivery In A Plm Context.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With A Focus On Client-Centric Outcomes.
4. Proficiency In Project Management Methodologies And Best Practices.
5. Ability To Lead, Mentor, And Develop A Technical Team Effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
