Job Summary

The Technical Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing Snowflake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Data Bricks environments within the organization. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of these platforms to ensure efficient data processing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Designing, developing, and implementing scalable and reliable solutions using snowflake, azure data factory (adf), and data bricks.
2. Managing data pipelines, etl processes, data lakes, and warehouses within snowflake and azure data factory.
3. Collaborating with cross functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to snowflake, azure data factory (adf), and data bricks performance and functionality.
5. Implementing security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data stored in these platforms.
6. Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations to improve overall efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge and experience with snowflake, including data warehousing, virtual warehouses, and sql querying.
2. Proficiency in azure data factory (adf) for designing and implementing data integration solutions.
3. Handson experience with data bricks for data processing, analytics, and machine learning tasks.
4. Strong understanding of data modeling, etl processes, and data lakes architecture.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
