Job Summary

As a Technical Specialist in Windchill, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering products and sustenance solutions within defined scopes and standards. This role emphasizes your expertise in Windchill and your ability to lead a team in executing complex projects that align with organizational objectives while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and the overall success of our technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, Design, And Develop Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using Windchill, Ensuring Alignment With Project Specifications And Organizational Standards.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) For Windchill, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To Project Teams And Stakeholders.
3. Ensure Continuous Knowledge Upgrading By Exploring And Integrating New Technologies In Windchill, Maintaining Solution Relevance And Quality Standards To Meet Client Requirements.
4. Train And Mentor Team Members In Windchill Practices, Ensuring A Steady Pipeline Of Skilled Personnel And Mitigating Delivery Risks Associated With Technology Gaps.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Windchill Solutions That Meet Client Organizational Needs And Enhance Operational Efficiency.
6. Review Project Deliverables To Ensure Compliance With Quality Standards And Successful Outcomes In Windchill Implementations.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Applying Industry Best Practices In Windchill, Enhancing Overall Project Success And Client Satisfaction.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Knowledge Of Windchill And Its Applications In Product Lifecycle Management.
2. Strong Understanding Of Change Management Processes Within The Context Of Windchill.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Design Verification And Validation Methodologies Related To Windchill.
4. Proficiency In Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Project Goals.
5. Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Convey Technical Information.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Ptc Certified Windchill Professional, Project Management Professional (Pmp), Or Relevant Agile Certifications.

Minimum Salary (US):  105000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
