Job Summary

The Technical Specialist in .NET Development plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality product solutions and sustenance delivery within the defined scope and standards. Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Develop Robust Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using .Net Technologies, Ensuring Alignment With Project Scope And Standards.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme), Providing Technical Guidance And Support On Complex .Net Development Challenges To Ensure Project Success.
3. Stay Current With Emerging Technologies And Trends In .Net, Implementing Innovative Solutions That Meet Quality Standards And Fulfill Client Requirements.
4. Mentor And Train Team Members In .Net Development Practices, Ensuring A Skilled Workforce Capable Of Effectively Mitigating Delivery Risks.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions To Clients, Leveraging In-Depth Understanding Of .Net Technology And Related Domains.
6. Review Project Deliverables For Accuracy And Quality, Ensuring All Outputs Meet Established Criteria And Client Expectations.
7. Propose Initiatives That Enhance Client Value And Advocate For The Implementation Of Industry Best Practices In .Net Development.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Proficiency In .Net Framework And Related Technologies.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Design Patterns And Architectural Principles.
3. Strong Understanding Of Development Tools And Ci/Cd Practices Using Jenkins And Devops Methodologies.
4. Familiarity With Embedded Device Integration And Windows-Based Applications.
5. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work On Complex Projects Autonomously.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: .Net Developer.
