Job Summary

Senior Technical Lead (Insurance Domain)

Role Summary
Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for technical leadership, solution realization, and delivery governance, with a strong understanding of insurance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and development across insurance applications.
  • Collaborate with Architects to translate solution blueprints into detailed technical designs.
  • Actively engage with BAs and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and solution intent.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to teams on code quality, performance, and security.
  • Ensure adherence to Prudential’s engineering, DevOps, and compliance standards.
  • Support production issues, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements

  • 10–14+ years of hands-on development and technical leadership experience.
  • Prior insurance domain experience is mandatory (Health / Life Insurance preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Java /.NET, cloud platforms, APIs, messaging, and databases.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery models with distributed teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
