Job Summary
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD functional solution design
Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate into platform solutions
Architect HRSD modules: HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Mgmt
Drive HR process standardization and automation across Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
Define functional architecture, workflows, and solution blueprints
Partner with HR stakeholders and business teams for solution alignment
Define integration approach with HR systems (Workday, SAP, AD, etc.)
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes
Lead functional workshops, design discussions, and solution validations
Provide guidance to development/configuration teams during implementation
Drive Employee Experience improvements via self-service and automation
Ensure scalable, configurable, and reusable solution design
Support UAT, go-live, and HyperCare phases from a functional perspective
