Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Define the overall WFS integration and data architecture, connecting it seamlessly with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, payroll systems, and on-premise ERP environments. Integration Governance: Architect robust, scalable interfaces (API, SFTP, REST/JSON, middleware) for employee data replication, time tracking, and schedule automation. Process Standardization: Design multi-location and multi-country deployment models that balance local labor laws and union agreements with a centralized global template. System Optimization: Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, conduct code/configuration reviews, and optimize scheduling configurations. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical bridge between HR, payroll teams, operational managers, and third-party IT vendors 

Skill Requirements

Required Technical & Functional Skills Deep WFS Knowledge: Extensive experience with WorkForce Software's Time and Attendance and Forecasting/Scheduling modules. SAP Integration: Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) schemas, rules, and integration mechanisms. Technical Proficiencies: Expertise in API development, data mapping, middleware tools (e.g., SAP Cloud Integration), and scripting languages (XML, JSON). Compliance Expertise: Familiarity with translating complex, region-specific payroll rules, overtime calculations, and absence management policies into automated system rules. 

Other Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: Typically 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years specializing directly in SAP Workforce Software implementations.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to clearly explain technical trade-offs to business leaders
