Job Summary

1. Role SummaryThe Senior Demantra Consultant will lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Demantra Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, and Advanced Forecasting solutions. This role requires strong functional knowledge, hands‑on configuration expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable supply chain planning solutions.2. Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional & Technical ExpertiseLead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Demantra Demand Management, S&OP, and Predictive Trade Planning modules.Perform workflows configuration, worksheets development, series creation, levels and hierarchies setup, and business model enhancements.Optimize Demantra engine performance including EP (Engine Profile) tuning, forecasting methods, and analytical models.Integrate Demantra with Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion / ASCP / SAP / other ERP systems using ODI or other middleware tools.Business EngagementCollaborate with Demand Planners, Supply Chain Managers, and Sales/Finance teams to gather requirements.Translate business planning processes into system configurations and best‑practice workflows.Conduct workshops, UAT sessions, and end‑user training.Technical Troubleshooting & SupportLead resolution of Demantra issues including workflow failures, performance bottlenecks, and integration errors.Perform periodic maintenance, patches application, and DB-level troubleshooting.Project & Team LeadershipMentor junior team members and lead a small team of functional or technical consultants.Contribute to project planning, estimations, documentation, and governance.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of planning solutions.3. Required Skills & ExperienceFunctional SkillsDeep expertise in Demand Planning, S&OP, Forecasting, Trade Promotion Management.Strong understanding of supply chain processes: forecasting, replenishment, inventory planning, and sales planning.Technical SkillsHands-on experience with:Oracle Demantra 12.xWorkflows, Worksheets, Business Models, Levels, Series, MethodsEP tuning and forecast engine configurationSQL/PLSQLODI or similar ETL toolsUnderstanding of ASCP / Fusion Planning / EBS modules is a plus.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work independently and lead teams.4. EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.5. Preferred CertificationsOracle Demantra certification (if applicable)PMP / Agile / APICS CPIM or CSCP (added advantage)

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
