Job Summary
To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology
Migration Lead (Agile e6 → Windchill PLM)
Own and execute the end‑to‑end migration strategy including extraction, transformation, validation, and bulk‑loading into Windchill (LdF/WBM/Info*Engine).
Architect migration pipelines using SQL, Python/Java, XSLT/XML, and ETL logic to handle large‑scale engineering data.
Design and implement object‑level mapping for Parts, Documents, BOMs, Change Objects, lifecycles, classifications, and version histories.
Lead metadata + file vault migration, performing checksum verification, link resolution, and referential integrity checks.
Run multiple mock loads, tune loader throughput, optimize batch performance, and refine fallback/rollback mechanisms.
Define and enforce data quality rules, validation scripts, parity checks (BOM compare, attribute match), and exception handling.
Integrate migration workflows with CAD data pipelines, WVS publishing, derived outputs, and ERP/MES alignment points.
Create detailed migration HLD/LLD, runbooks, wave plans, and control-room monitoring dashboards for cutover.
Drive SIT/UAT for migrated data including object integrity, lifecycle state verification, and downstream system impacts.
Lead onsite–offshore technical teams and coordinate with architects, BAs, and dev teams to ensure a clean, compliant, zero‑defect cutover.

7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
