Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:Consultation and Assessment: Conduct assessments of current ITSM practices and identify areas for improvement based on ITIL 4 guidelines.Process Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and optimize ITIL 4 processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, and Service Level Management.Training and Workshops: Provide training sessions and workshops to educate staff on ITIL 4 principles and best practices.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure ITIL 4 processes align with business objectives.Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement metrics to monitor the performance of ITIL 4 processes and recommend improvements.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ITIL 4 processes, procedures, and policies.Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining ITIL 4 processes.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Certification: ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required; additional ITIL 4 certifications are a plus.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, with at least 2 years focused on ITIL 4.Skills:Strong understanding of ITIL 4 framework and its application in various ITSM processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in ITSM tools and software.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in managing ITIL 4 projects in large organizations.Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.Strong project management skills.
