To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology 

Job Description

Lead / Solution Architect with strong platform orientation

Not just someone who draws diagrams, but someone who can:

  • understand the end-to-end digital ecosystem,
  • connect application, platform, data, and operational concerns,
  • challenge and improve engineering decisions,
  • mentor leads and developers,
  • and turn ambiguity into workable solutions.

This person should be able to operate at three levels:

  1. Strategic
    • define architecture principles,
    • shape platform direction,
    • align technology choices to business needs.
  1. Tactical
    • review designs,
    • identify integration and scaling risks,
    • improve deployment, reliability, and observability patterns.
  1. Hands-on / practical
    • understand pipelines, cloud services, APIs, data flows, and monitoring enough to guide teams credibly,
    • occasionally prototype or troubleshoot,
    • but not necessarily be the daily implementer for every domain.
  • AWS solution architect or AWS Data Engineering certification as a requirement
  • Python programming and comfortable in multiple languages and AI generated code
  • 14+ Years of experience

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
