Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Conversion Lead with 8–12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM data migration projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end data conversion activities, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover execution. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion data migration tools, reporting solutions, APIs, and database technologies, along with the ability to manage conversion teams and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful data migration and deployment across Oracle Fusion transformation programs

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Conversion Lead (8–12 years of experience) with expertise in Finance and SCM data migration and conversion projects.
Proven experience leading end-to-end data conversion lifecycle, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
Strong hands-on experience with FBDI, ADFDI, UCM, REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM data models, tables, and business processes.
Skilled in developing and supporting BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and BICC extracts for conversion and reconciliation activities.
Expertise in data quality assessment, migration strategy, mock conversions, and production deployments.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion reporting, security, and application configurations impacting data migration.
Proven ability to manage conversion teams, coordinate with business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of migration milestones.
Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience in leading large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programs
