Job Summary

"We are seeking a Senior BTP Consultant(E3.1) for a client-facing offshore role, responsible for leading technical design and delivery of S/4HANA solutions across ABAP, Fiori, and SAP BTP. The role requires strong hands-on expertise, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring scalable solutions aligned with Clean Core principles.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end technical design & delivery across ABAP on HANA, Fiori, and BTP solutions
Lead architecture discussions, design workshops, and HLD/LLD creation
Develop HANA-optimized solutions using CDS, AMDP, RAP, and OData (V2/V4)
Design & deliver SAP Fiori apps (UI5, Fiori Elements, Launchpad)
Build BTP extensions (CAP), integrations (CPI, APIs, Event Mesh)
Enforce Clean Core and extensibility standards (in-app & side-by-side)
Lead code reviews, performance tuning (ST05, SAT, ATC) and quality governance
Manage and mentor onshore-offshore development teams
Collaborate with client architects, business stakeholders & functional teams
Govern DevOps (CI/CD, abapGit, TMS, Cloud ALM/SolMan)
Provide technical leadership, design authority & escalation resolution"
