Job Summary

"We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead – SAP Logistics (EWM) E3.1 to drive enterprise-scale S/4HANA digital transformation initiatives in a global Hi-Tech / manufacturing environment.
The role will be responsible for leading end-to-end Logistics solution design, process transformation, and deployment across SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) integrated with manufacturing, planning, procurement, quality, and global supply chain operations.
The candidate will play a strategic leadership role across business process harmonization, global template definition, warehouse automation integration, transportation optimization, and large-scale ERP transformation programs involving greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA implementations.
This role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities working with Business, IT, System Integrators, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Warehouse Operations, and external logistics providers across global regions.
SAP EWM:
Lead end-to-end SAP EWM solution design and implementation covering inbound/outbound logistics, put away, replenishment, production staging, Kanban, and JIT/JIS processes. 
Drive advanced warehouse operations optimization including; wave management, labor optimization, RF/mobile execution, HU management, packing, and internal warehouse movements. 
Manage complex warehouse scenarios such as cross-docking, deconsolidation, physical inventory and high-volume/serialized inventory environments. 
Architect and deliver warehouse automation integrations with PLCs, ASRS, AMRs, conveyors, scanners, and warehouse control systems. 
Define and implement EWM deployment strategies (decentralized and embedded) aligned to scalable, high-performance supply chain operations.

Integration & Transformation:
Lead integration design with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, GTS, MES, RF devices and mobile platforms
Manage SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and deployment activities.
Lead data migration and logistics master data governance activities.
Support business readiness, training, and change management initiatives."
