"Key Responsibilities & Experience:
•    Strong expertise in CI pipeline automation using tools like Jenkins or similar platforms.
•    Hands-on experience in Continuous Deployment (CD) using tools such as ArgoCD  or GitHub Actions.
•    Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware and KVM.
•    Deep understanding of Linux systems, including security, build processes, and packaging concepts.
•    Proficiency with source code management tools, preferably Git.
•    Experience integrating code quality and security tools such as SonarQube, along with SAST/DAST/Malware for vulnerability assessment.
•    Ability to create and manage Docker images and Dockerfiles.
•    Experience in managing and maintaining GitHub repositories.
•    Strong experience in deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
•    Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Golang, and Perl.
•    Good understanding of the Prometheus stack for monitoring and observability.
•    Experience in infrastructure migration (on-prem to cloud or between cloud environments).
•    Familiarity with Jenkins and Groovy scripting.
•    Leadership skills – Able to lead the technical discussions with Product Managers, Architects and Dev Teams, Breakdown and consolidate complex problems and solutions with the DevOps team, Ownership experience on medium to complex DevOps platforms and its automations.
•    Around 10 years of experience in hands-on development and technical leadership in DevOps teams.

•    Working knowledge of databases.
•    Understanding of Linux/Unix systems with basic networking concepts.
•    Exposure to proxy servers, reverse proxy configurations.
•    Understanding of load balancers and traffic management.
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

•    Ability to quickly learn new DevOps tools and technologies, build proof of concepts (PoCs), and propose solutions to stakeholders.
•    Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)."

3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
