Job Summary

Execute end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud release processes 

  • Package creation and packaged deployments 
  • Merge conflict resolution and MR support with developers 
  • Cherry-picking, branch protection, and Git best practices 
  • Sandbox setup, refresh strategy, and environment management 
  • YAML scripting and CI/CD pipeline execution (GitLab) 
  • Salesforce seasonal release planning and readiness 
  • Represent releases at CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings 
  • Troubleshoot production and environment issues quickly and effectively 
  • Collaborate with our existing release manager based in India 
  • Contribute to, improve, and streamline the overall release management process — not just execute it
