Job Summary

Job Description: Kinaxis RapidResponse ConsultantRole Title: Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant / Senior ConsultantEmployment Type: Full-timeDomain: Supply Chain Planning / Enterprise ApplicationsPosition OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant to drive the implementation, enhancement, and operational support of our enterprise supply chain planning solution. In this role, you will bridge business requirements with technical execution—configuring RapidResponse applications, managing data integration flows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (CDF, gPlan, Spanner) to optimize supply chain visibility and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Configuration & CustomizationDesign, build, and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse workbooks, worksheets, control tables, macros, tasks, and dashboards.Customize standard Kinaxis application modules (e.g., Supply Action Planning, Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management).Author and refine complex Kinaxis Authoring scripts and calculations to support business-specific logic.Data Integration & Performance OptimizationCollaborate with data engineering and ETL teams to manage data ingestion, mapping, and extraction across upstream/downstream systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Spanner, Cloud Data Fusion).Monitor system performance, identify data volume anomalies, and resolve RapidResponse calculation/run-time bottlenecks.Conduct data validation, snapshot audits, and reconciliation between source systems and RapidResponse.Stakeholder Management & SupportTranslate complex supply chain business requirements into technical functional specifications and estimations.Lead daily stand-ups, technical reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with client Group Leads (GLs) and key stakeholders.Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for UAT/Production issues, adhering to strict SLAs and handover protocols between Onsite and Offshore teams.Required Qualifications & SkillsTechnical ExpertiseCore Skills: Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse authoring, workflow development, and scenario modeling.Database & Data Integration: Strong knowledge of SQL, data structures, and relational databases.Supply Chain Knowledge: Deep domain understanding of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), or Capacity Allocation.Professional & Soft SkillsProblem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot data pipeline errors, velocity bottlenecks, and performance degradations.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing status reporting (WSRs), requirement gathering, and cross-team coordination.Agile Governance: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, and structured issue-tracking processes.Preferred SkillsKinaxis Certification: Certified RapidResponse Author, Administrator, or Contributor.Cloud & Middleware Exposure: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Cloud Data Fusion (CDF), or custom data pipeline architectures.Optional-Scripting: Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript for automation and log analysis.
