Job Summary

E3.1 SRSAP MDG Technical Consultant:The SAP MDG Technical Consultant will be responsible for Technical Design, Development of Interfaces, Enhancements, Load Programs, Reports and Workflows and Support with Testing of the Business Requirements.Other responsibilities, will include:Provide a strategy for integration between different SAP (ECC, S/4 MDG) and non-SAP systems to ensure the integrity of master data.Propose Best Practice solutions for Implementation of custom developments.Manage technical deliverables according to project timelines.Coordinate with Functional Consultant and Project Team to understand and Implement Technical Requirements.Following Experience & Expertise is preferred:Must have 7+ experience in SAP projects with at least 2 projects on SAP MDG focusing on Material Master.Expertise in data modeling, UI modeling(MDG UI Configuration), process modeling, the Fiori and MDG API frameworks, BRF+, handler and feeder class implementations, and data replication.Must have experience in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming, Master Data Governance (MDG), ABAP Floor Plan Manager (FPM), ABAP Web Dynpro, and MDG Workflows.Should have worked on data replication framework (DRF), data import using DIF, SOA service, ALE configuration, key, and value mapping knowledge on integrating MDG with DQM.Should have expertise & Hands-on experience with the implementation of BADI's for additional field validation, derivation, and defaults.Knowledge of Material Mass processing (creation or change).Implementing BADIs in sending email notifications for change requests.Worken inbound and outbound IDOCs and set up change pointers for the material master.

2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
