Position Overview
HCLTech is looking for an experienced SAP TRM Lead with 8–10 years of SAP implementation experience and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management. The candidate will lead Greenfield and Brownfield transformation programs for steel manufacturing organizations, driving treasury, cash management, risk management, banking, liquidity planning, and financial risk mitigation processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead SAP TRM solution design, implementation and deployment activities.
• Drive business workshops, fit-gap analysis and requirement gathering.
• Define Treasury target operating model for steel manufacturing organizations.
• Lead Greenfield and Brownfield SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Configure and optimize Cash Management, Liquidity Management and BCM.
• Implement financial risk management, investment management and debt management processes.
• Coordinate integration with SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, PP and banking interfaces.
• Manage Treasury reporting, compliance and audit requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and support testing cycles.
• Lead SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare activities.
• Mentor consultants and guide offshore delivery teams.
• Manage stakeholders, business users and executive reporting.

• Working knowledge of raw material procurement, inventory valuation and manufacturing cost flows.
• Understanding of treasury risks associated with commodity-intensive industries.
• Experience supporting large multi-plant manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of SAP implementation experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• At least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project.
• SAP Treasury & Risk Management certification preferred.
