• Professional Experience: Multi-year track record in data engineering, ideally combined with software quality management or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in modern data technologies (e.g., Python, SQL, Spark), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Methodological Expertise: Proven experience in requirements engineering and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Leadership Skills: Experience leading developer teams and managing backlogs (e.g., in Jira or Azure DevOps).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Business skills: knowledge of SAP Material Master Data as well as EHS data model advantageous

• Solution Design & Development: Design and implement scalable, robust data architectures and stable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Requirements Engineering: Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications.
• Reliability & Quality Management: Use software engineering methods to solve infrastructure and operations problems. Build stable, automated, and repeatable deployment pipelines; establish monitoring and testing standards, and guarantee data quality.
• Team Leadership & Backlog Management: Lead a small development team, structure and prioritize the backlog, and drive sprint planning.

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
