Job Summary

AI Full Stack Developer — Azure AI

Role: Build the CMN Staffing Decision Support application for Acute Care VLOA and Shift Pickup.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop UI and backend APIs using React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI
  • Build AI workflows using Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI
  • Implement RAG/policy reasoning using Azure AI Search
  • Integrate Fabric workforce data and PostgreSQL application data
  • Implement explainable recommendations, human approval, and audit logging
  • Configure Entra ID, Key Vault, monitoring, and Azure deployment
  • Support testing, UAT, and technical documentation

Core skills: Python, FastAPI, React, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AI Search, PostgreSQL, Azure Container Apps, Entra ID, Git/Azure DevOps.
