Job Summary

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Architect with 8–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, solution design, and functional architecture. The candidate should have strong expertise in at least 4 Oracle HCM Cloud modules from Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security, Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor, along with working knowledge of other HCM modules. The role requires the ability to lead solution design discussions, define cross-module dependencies, guide functional teams, and ensure scalable Oracle HCM solutions aligned to business requirements.

Good to Have
•    Experience in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
•    Oracle HCM Cloud certifications across relevant modules.
•    Experience in global or multi-country Oracle HCM implementations.
•    Exposure to HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extract, Fast Formula, approval workflows, and integrations.
•    Experience supporting solution demos, estimation, proposal inputs, or client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead Oracle HCM solution design across implementation, enhancement, and transformation engagements.
•    Conduct discovery workshops, requirement analysis, fit-gap assessment, and process design discussions.
•    Define functional architecture across at least 4 Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
•    Own cross-module solution design, integration touchpoints, configuration approach, and process alignment.
•    Review and validate functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and solution deliverables.
•    Work closely with technical teams for reports, integrations, data migration, workflows, approvals, and security-related requirements.
•    Support data migration and integration discussions from a functional architecture perspective.
•    Lead solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders and project teams.
•    Identify design risks, process gaps, and cross-module impacts, and recommend mitigation approaches.
•    Mentor functional consultants and ensure solution consistency across workstreams.
•    Support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live issue resolution from an architecture standpoint.

•    Strong expertise in any 4 Oracle HCM Cloud modules from: 
o    Core HR
o    Compensation
o    Benefits
o    PAyroll
•    Working knowledge of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules like OTL
•    Strong understanding of end-to-end HCM business processes and cross-module dependencies.
•    Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud solution design and functional architecture.
•    Ability to lead workshops, solution discussions, fit-gap analysis, and design decisions.
•    Experience in reviewing functional specifications, configuration documents, and testing deliverables.
•    Good understanding of HCM security, approval workflows, reporting, integrations, and data migration dependencies.
•    Ability to guide functional teams and ensure alignment to Oracle HCM best practices.
•    Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
