Job Summary
Application Development: Configure and customize IBM Maximo applications (Apps, Database, Workflows, Domains, Conditional Expressions).
Integration & APIs: Design and maintain integrations with external systems using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and REST APIs.
Automation & Customization: Develop Automation Scripts (Python/Jython) and Java classes/beans to enhance business logic.
Reporting & Data: Create and maintain complex BIRT reports and perform data migration/loading.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, resolve production issues, and troubleshoot application functionality.
Lifecycle Participation: Actively participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including unit testing and documentation.
Required Technical Skills:
Expertise in Maximo: Proficiency in Maximo Asset Management (MAS V8 or above) including Application Designer and Database Configuration.
Languages: Strong Java, Python/Jython, and SQL skills.
Tools: Experience with BIRT reporting tool and Integration Framework (MIF).
Database: Experience with Oracle or SQL Server.
Platforms: Knowledge of WebSphere, SaaS/Cloud platforms, or OpenShift.
Preferred Qualifications:
8 to 10 years of total experience
5 years of experience in IBM Maximo.
IBM Maximo Certifications on V8 or above.
Experience with Mobile solutions/apps.
Understanding of ITIL practices.

3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
