Job Description: AI Pipeline Expert (PEGA Workflow & AI Integration) Job Title: AI Pipeline Expert – PEGA Workflow Integration Experience: 10+ Years Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Pipeline Expert with strong expertise in PEGA workflow automation, AI/ML pipeline design, Generative AI integration, and enterprise-scale orchestration. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and convert them into AI-enabled workflow solutions. Design orchestration frameworks connecting PEGA workflows with external AI platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications. Establish MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management. Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and responsible AI standards. Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of AI workflows in production environments. Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and best practices for AI-enabled PEGA implementations. Required Skills Strong experience in PEGA Platform, PRPC, Case Management, and Workflow Automation. Expertise in AI/ML pipeline development and orchestration. Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.). Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and microservices architecture. Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, or equivalent cloud AI platforms. Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring frameworks. Expertise in data integration technologies and ETL/ELT pipelines. Strong understanding of PEGA Decisioning, Business Rules, and AI-powered recommendation engines.
