Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP PP end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS/support activities.
Design, configure, and optimize SAP PP processes covering Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
Work extensively with Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, and planning parameters.
Provide functional expertise in Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing scenarios.
Handle configuration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support activities.
Work on SAP S/4HANA Production Planning processes and support business/process transformation requirements.
Ensure integration of SAP PP with MM, QM, SD, WM/EWM, and FICO as applicable.
Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and custom developments.
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Troubleshoot complex production planning issues and drive them through to resolution.

Skill Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP / Production Planning, MRP
Strong understanding of overall manufacturing and production planning processes.
Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP and cross-functional integration.
