Job Summary

  • Excellent understanding on Gen AI and Agentic AI systems and applications
  • Must have developed Agents in any of the SDK / ADK of Google/ Langchain / Open AI /Claude etc.
  • Clearer understanding and should be able to explain : Agents architecture, key aspects to monitor and measure etc.
  • Good understanding of Agents Eval/ Evaluation metric and strategies to measure and improve them
  • Hands on experience to configure observability (Rum, infra, APM, Synthetic, logs and traces etc.) on any tools like Dynatrace, Open telemetry etc,.
  • Good understanding on SRE and Observability aspects too
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills along with co-ordination and getting things done.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
