Technical Specialist

Job Summary

OutSystems Developer with strong hands-on experience in OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC), 
responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise-grade web and mobile applications. 
The role requires expertise in low-code application development, system integrations, cloud-native solutions, 
performance optimization, and Agile delivery while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional 
teams to deliver innovative digital solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using OutSystems ODC and OutSystems 11.
  • Build responsive web and mobile applications using Reactive Web architecture.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop reusable components, service modules, and shared libraries.
  • Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and database queries.
  • Implement security standards including RBAC, SSO, and secure coding practices.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.

Skill Requirements

  • 5+ years of OutSystems development experience.2+ years of hands-on experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
  • Expertise in OutSystems Reactive Web and Mobile Application Development.
  • Experience with Service Studio, Service Center, and ODC Portal.
  • Proficiency in REST API integrations and external system connectivity.
  • Strong SQL and database design/optimization skills.Knowledge of cloud services, microservices, and modern application architectures.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management.
  • Understanding of security, authentication, authorization, and RBAC.
  • Exposure to Azure cloud services and cloud-native integrations is preferred.
  • Experience with AI integrations, OpenAI APIs, or Agentic AI solutions is an added advantage

Other Requirements

  • Relevant OutSystems certifications such as ODC Associate Developer, Reactive Developer, Web Developer Specialist, or Architecture Specialist preferred
