Job Summary
| • Deliver full-stack features across the platform workstreams using specification-driven, agent-assisted development |
| • Work from machine-readable specifications and executable acceptance criteria rather than ticket-level instructions |
| • Build and consume REST APIs, services and integration components against Eaton platforms |
| • Implement data models, persistence, security controls, policy enforcement, audit logging and observability |
| • Use and improve the engineering harness; contribute reusable prompts, templates and context assets back to it |
| • Apply AI-assisted code review and unit testing; maintain agreed coverage and quality thresholds |
| • Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline stages, including security and quality gates |
| • Challenge requirements and proposed approaches where agentic patterns or reuse can reduce build effort; participate actively in Agile ceremonies |
