Job Summary

Role: AI Lead Engineer

The role is to define and implement an AI Agent framework focused on accelerating  software delivery lifecycle end-to-end.

The vision is to leverage a suite of AI agents capable of supporting and automating the different phases of a product delivery process, including:

  • Business requirement capture with Product Owners
  • User Story refinement and backlog management in Jira
  • Functional analysis and acceptance criteria generation
  • Technical impact assessment and solution design
  • Code generation and development assistance
  • Test case creation, execution support, and quality checks
  • Documentation generation and maintenance
  • Delivery reporting and project traceability

The objective is not only to improve productivity at individual steps, but to orchestrate an integrated AI-assisted workflow from business need to deployment, reducing lead times and increasing delivery consistency and quality.

At this stage, I would be interested in reviewing profiles with practical experience in:

  • Agentic AI architectures and orchestration frameworks
  • LLM-powered software engineering workflows
  • Jira and Agile toolchain integration
  • Software development lifecycle automation
  • DevOps / CI-CD practices
  • AI-assisted coding, testing, and documentation generation
