Job Summary
| Task Description: We are building Diana, a shipment data transformation platform that receives shipment data in various formats, transforms it into a single canonical format, and serves it back over a REST API. We need a developer who lives and breathes Apache Camel and is comfortable co-owning a MongoDB data layer. This is an active build role, contributing to sprints from day one. Experience: 5+ years Java 3+ years Apache Camel 2+ years NoSQL (MongoDB preferred) You will: Build transformation and routing logic in Apache Camel, own the MongoDB data layer (storing and querying canonical JSON), develop REST endpoints, and work within a Quarkus and Java codebase running on GCP (GKE). Essential: Strong Apache Camel (core of the role), solid Java, NoSQL experience (MongoDB preferred), comfortable with REST APIs. Key Responsibilities
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
