Core SAP Expertise
- Minimum 6+ years of SAP functional support and configuration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- SAP Warranty Management
- SAP Quality Management (QM)
- Defect Processing
- Claims Management
- Quality Notifications
- Inspection Planning and Results Recording
- Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes
SAP S/4HANA Experience
- Demonstrated experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of:
- S/4HANA data model
- Business Partner architecture
- Fiori applications
- Embedded analytics and reporting
Automotive Industry Knowledge
- Experience supporting automotive manufacturers, distributors, dealerships, or heavy equipment organizations.
- Understanding of:
- Vehicle warranty processes
- Service campaigns and recalls
- Defect tracking
- Supplier quality management
- Dealer claim processing
Integration Experience
- Strong knowledge of integration with:
- SAP VMS
- SAP SD
- SAP MM
- SAP PM/EAM (desirable)
- SAP EWM (desirable)
Technical Skills
- Advanced ABAP debugging capabilities.
- Knowledge of:
- User Exits
- BAdIs
- Enhancements
- BAPIs
- IDocs
- CDS Views
- OData Services
- Fiori troubleshooting
- Ability to independently analyze custom developments and technical defects.
Key Responsibilities
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
