Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Workday solutions across Human Capital Management (HCM) functions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, security, and business process configuration, along with a solid understanding of HR processes and Workday best practices. The role involves collaborating with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and Web Services.
• Develop and support outbound and inbound interfaces between Workday and third-party applications.
• Configure and enhance Workday Business Processes based on business requirements.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics solutions.
• Support Workday releases, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to integrations, security, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Security, and other functional teams to ensure seamless system operations.
• Develop technical specifications, design documents, test plans, and deployment documentation.
• Participate in unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards
