Job Summary

ServiceNow DeveloperWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, platform upgrades, and Agile delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Implement and support HRSD and ITSM requirements and enhancements.Develop and support integrations with internal and external applications.Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, release activities, and platform maintenance.Collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, performance, and security standards.Required SkillsStrong experience with ServiceNow platform development.Hands-on experience with HRSD and ITSM modules.Good knowledge of ServiceNow development tools, including Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Service Catalogs, Script Includes, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and deployment activities.Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification.ITIL knowledge or certification.Experience: 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience with proven expertise in HRSD, ITSM, integrations, and platform upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
