Job Summary

Job Description: AI Engineer / Agentic AI Developer  

Location: Bengaluru (or as applicable)  

Experience: 6–10+ years  

Employment Type: Full-time  

Role Overview  

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer / Agentic AI Developer to design and deliver next-generation AI-driven solutions. The role focuses on building agentic AI applications that enable intelligent workflow orchestration, automation, and scalable enterprise integration.  

Key Responsibilities  

- Design and develop agentic AI applications for workflow orchestration and automation  
- Contribute to solution architecture including integration patterns and APIs  
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams  
- Drive end-to-end lifecycle (POC to Production to Optimization)  
- Ensure security, resilience, and Responsible AI compliance  

Required Skills & Experience  

- Strong Python (or similar) expertise  
- Experience with AI workflows and automation platforms  
- Strong application architecture knowledge  
- Experience with GCP  
- CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering knowledge  
- Strong communication skills  

Preferred Skills  

- LLM and AI platform experience  
- Responsible AI and governance awareness  
- Enterprise/regulated environment exposure  
- Mentoring/leadership experience

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
