Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and support OpenText Content Server environments.
  • Configure and manage OpenText Content Suite components and related services.
  • Perform platform upgrades, patching, migrations, and performance tuning.
  • Design and implement Content Server solutions, workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot application, database, and infrastructure issues.
  • Configure and support OpenText Directory Services (OTDS), LDAP, and SAML integrations.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JDBC, and related technologies.
  • Manage user access, security, permissions, and governance policies.
  • Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders for solution delivery and issue resolution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
