Job Summary

Role Summary 

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead with 8–10 years of SAP implementation experience to lead integration architecture, design, development and deployment activities across SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within the steel manufacturing industry. The role requires expertise in Greenfield and Brownfield implementations, SAP BTP Integration Suite, CPI, APIs, EDI, middleware technologies and integration of SAP and non-SAP applications. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Lead SAP Integration architecture and governance across SAP S/4HANA programs. 

  • Drive Greenfield, Brownfield, rollout and merger/carve-out transformation projects. 

  • Design integration strategies for SAP and non-SAP systems across manufacturing, supply chain, HR and finance domains. 

  • Lead SAP BTP Integration Suite, CPI, API Management and event-driven integration initiatives. 

  • Define integration standards, security frameworks and development guidelines. 

  • Manage interfaces involving SAP SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, EWM, TM, FICO and HCM modules. 

  • Integrate MES, LIMS, weighbridge, logistics, procurement, banking and third-party applications. 

  • Lead technical design reviews, testing, cutover planning, go-live and hypercare support. 

  • Collaborate with Basis, Security, ABAP, Functional and Infrastructure teams. 

  • Mentor integration consultants and manage stakeholder communications.

  • 8–10 years SAP implementation experience 

  • Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementations 

  • Greenfield and Brownfield transformation expertise 

  • Cutover and migration leadership 

  • Production support and AMS experience 

Education & Certifications 

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Technology or related discipline 

  • SAP Integration Suite/CPI Certification preferred 

  • SAP BTP Certification desirable 

  • Enterprise Architecture certification preferred
