Role Overview    UI Technical Lead responsible for ownership of the React codebase, component framework, engineering standards, release management, and production support through hypercare.

    • Own React architecture and component library.

    • Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring.
    • Manage UI releases and deployment readiness.
    • Drive performance optimization and maintainability.
    • Collaborate with backend and architecture teams.
    • Support production rollout and hypercare activities.
    • Ensure quality, security, and scalability compliance.
