Job Summary
Task Description: Task Description: As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications in CI/CD environment. This involves your participation in the entire software development lifecycle, offering combination of Application and DevSupport. You will be acting as a single point of contact following ITIL principles. Working collaboratively within a team, you prioritize automation to streamline processes and actively monitor infrastructure capacity to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs. Additionally, you provide On Call support to swiftly address critical incidents, ensuring uninterrupted service.
Application you will use: Practical experience with Linux, and SQL variants (PostGreSQL, Oracle, MySQL..)
Experience in managing microservices using Kubernetes/OpenShift is must
Expertise in creating and managing CI/CD pipeline workflow, namely Jenkins / GitHub Actions
Experience in Azure; Entra ID, AKS, SSO
Knowledge of programming languages: Java, JavaScript front-end frameworks(Angular, React) is a big plus
Some knowledge of Shell Scripting (Bash),Python
Monitoring tools:Splunk,Grafana,Dynatrace etc.
Familiarity with BI reporting tool Cognos/PowerBI
Familiarity with XML,basic knowledge of Web Services:REST and JSON
