Job Summary
Senior Data Engineer & Technical Lead to bridge the gap between business needs, system architecture, and dependable execution.In this role, the resource will own end-to-end solution design, ensure the reliability and quality of our data platforms, and lead a small, agile team of developers.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development: Design and implement scalable, robust data architectures using Data bricks , pyspark and SQLRequirements Engineering: Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications.Reliability & Quality Management: Use software engineering methods to solve infrastructure and operations problems. Build stable, automated, and repeatable deployment pipelines; establish monitoring and testing standards, and guarantee data quality.Team Leadership & Backlog Management: Lead a small development team, structure and prioritize the backlog, and drive sprint planning.Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Skill Requirements
Qualifications & SkillsProfessional Experience: 8+ years of experience and Multi-year track record in data engineeringTechnical Stack: Strong proficiency in modern data technologies - Azure databricks , Pyspark ,Python, SQL and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.Methodological Expertise: Proven experience in requirements engineering and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).Leadership Skills: Experience leading developer teams and managing backlogs (e.g., in Jira or Azure DevOps).Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
