Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Fusion Summit Technical SME / Techno Functional Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on Summit development experience and Mandarin (Chinese) language proficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, business analysis capabilities, and client-facing experience, particularly within banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Fusion Summit development, implementation, and support.
• Proficiency in Mandarin(Chinese) (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
• Experience working with Taiwan-based banking clients or similar financial institutions.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide functional and technical guidance to customers and project teams.

Skill Requirements

Required Experience & Skills

• Extensive knowledge of Fusion Summit functionality, architecture, and development.
• Hands-on experience in writing and maintaining SDL, SQL scripts, and Summit programs.
• Ability to install, configure, and manage operating systems, RDBMS platforms, and Summit application components.
• Strong familiarity with Summit V2025.x and related modules.
• Proven experience in presenting product capabilities and business value to clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders in delivering client solutions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization capabilities to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Ability to provide regular updates and communicate project progress effectively to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Summit upgrades, integrations, and production support.
• Knowledge of Treasury, Capital Markets, or Banking domain processes.
• Experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments.

This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, business analysis skills, and fluent Mandarin communication to support our banking clients in Taiwan.
