Job Summary

Guidewire Specialist responsible for enabling seamless integration of Guidewire Cloud Data Access (CDA) data into the modernized Databricks Lakehouse platform. The role focuses on analyzing Guidewire Policy, Claims, and Billing data models, defining source-to-target mappings, supporting canonical data model creation, and ensuring accurate data extraction, reconciliation, and governance. Work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to onboard Guidewire data into Bronze and Silver layers while maintaining data quality, lineage, and compliance standards. Support migration initiatives, reporting requirements, operational analytics, and establishment of a trusted Single Source of Truth (SSOT) environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Guidewire CDA data structures and identify business-critical entities across Policy, Claims, Billing, Payments, and Customer domains. Define source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, reconciliation logic, and data quality controls. Collaborate with Databricks engineers to build ingestion pipelines and validate data movement from Guidewire into the Lakehouse. Support canonical data model development and harmonization with legacy systems. Perform data profiling, impact assessments, and gap analysis. Assist in SIT, UAT, production cutover, and hypercare activities. Provide subject matter expertise for Guidewire reporting, operational processes, governance, lineage, audit requirements, and modernization initiatives across the insurance data estate.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
