Key Responsibilities
Role Description
CI/CD
- Support build, test and deployment automation using CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
- Configure and maintain pipelines for build, test, and deployment
Automation

- Develop and maintain Python scripts for DevOps automation, deployment orchestration, infrastructure management, and operational support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows.
- Integrate Python-based automation with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, Kubernetes environments, and monitoring solutions.
- Create reusable automation frameworks and utilities to improve deployment consistency, operational efficiency, and system reliability.
Cloud & Infrastructure Fundamentals
- Work with cloud services (e.g., Azure/AWS/GCP basics): compute, storage, networking fundamentals
- Handling IaaS/PaaS concepts, virtual machines, and app hosting
- Hands-on in environment provisioning and configuration
- Expert in container-based application deployments
Containers & Deployment
- Build and run applications using Docker (images, containers, Dockerfiles)
- Advanced in Container orchestration (Kubernetes fundamentals: pods, deployments, services)
Monitoring, Logging & Reliability
- Assist in configuring monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/Azure Monitor)
- Track application health, availability, and performance
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and environment issues
Security & Compliance (Awareness)
- Follow secure DevOps practices (credential hygiene, secrets awareness, access controls basics)
- Support quality gates and compliance checks as per organizational standards
AI & Intelligent DevOps (Exposure Level)
- Use AI‑assisted tools for pipeline optimization, alert analysis, and automation
- Understand how AI/ML is applied in predictive monitoring, anomaly detection, and incident reduction
- Work with AI‑enabled DevOps platforms as part of training and projects
Collaboration & Delivery Practices
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams
- Participate in incident triage, root cause analysis (RCA) learning sessions
- Maintain documentation for pipelines, runbooks, and deployment steps
