Job Summary

Backend Integration Engineer

Role Overview              Backend and Integration Engineer responsible for enterprise system integrations, source adapters, event processing, and operational support through hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

              • Develop source adapters and integration services.Develop READ-ONLY source adapters with per-source auth (ServiceNow OAuth2, AWS Health IAM/STS).

              • Integrate ServiceNow, AWS Health, CMDB, and System Events.

              • Build APIs and event-driven processing solutions.

              • Implement data transformation and mapping logic.

              • Troubleshoot integration and data issues.

              • Create technical documentation and runbooks.

              • Support production deployments and hypercare.

              • Ensure scalability, reliability, and observability.

Required Skills & Experience            

              • Integration Engineering

              • Microservices( using Nodejs & Fastify)

              • Express

              • AWS Health API

              • Troubleshooting
