Job Summary

Assess the technical feasibility of migrating from PeopleSoft Global Payroll to SAP ECP.
Review current payroll architecture, integrations, and data flows.
Evaluate migration complexity, technical dependencies, and risks.
Analyze interface requirements between SAP ECP and enterprise systems.
Assess data migration strategy and integration architecture.
Identify modernization opportunities and technical improvements.
Provide recommendations for future-state payroll architecture.
Support effort estimation and implementation planning activities.
Evaluate security, reporting, and technical compliance considerations.
Deliver technical assessment findings and migration recommendations

Key Responsibilities

  • Review existing PeopleSoft payroll technical architecture.
  • Assess inbound and outbound payroll integrations.
  • Analyze payroll data structures and migration requirements.
  • Evaluate connectivity with HR, Finance, Benefits, and external vendors.
  • Identify integration patterns, tools, and middleware requirements.
  • Perform technica fit-gap and readiness assessments.
  • Assess data quality, conversion, and reconciliation requirements.
  • Document technical dependencies, risks, and constraints.
  • Recommend target-state architecture and integration approach.
  • Support roadmap development and migration planning.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP architecture and integrations.
  • Expertise in integrations involving SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience with payroll system migration and technical assessments.
  • Knowledge of middleware platforms such as SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
  • Experience with API, file-based, and cloud integrations.
    Strong understanding of data migration and conversion strategies.
  • Experience assessing enterprise application architectures.
    Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance principles.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft payroll environments is highly preferred
