Job Summary
Monitor the application health via provided tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, AWS Cloud Watch, AWS OpenSearch, and Splunk.
Debug and analyze real-time issues by analyzing logs and other available information.
Experience in Supporting clients by communicating promptly about system downtimes/upgrades/maintenance.
Supporting Operations and troubleshooting network solutions, networking products/services, routing, latency, and other KPIs, etc.
Attending daily stand-ups and reviewing/analyzing weekly status reports for actionable items.
Good Understanding and working experience with Linux.
Good Understanding and working experience in AWS or similar cloud environments
Hands-on experience in Docker, K8s
Exposure to AWS EKS, networking, services, and building scripts to deploy.
Exposure to Python programming language.
Hands-on experience in bash or some shell scripting.
Exposure to some databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and Couchbase
Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in providing 24/7 Support
Key Responsibilities
1. Troubleshoot And Resolve Critical And Complex Technical Support Tickets Related To Kubernetes And Container Orchestration, Ensuring Timely And Effective Solutions For End-Users.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Critical Issues And Faults Within Kubernetes Deployments, Utilizing Hands-On Technical Skills To Identify Underlying Problems And Recommend Solutions.
3. Implement Preventive Measures And Best Practices In Kubernetes To Reduce Future Defects And Enhance The Reliability Of The System.
4. Provide Technical Assistance And Mentorship To Team Members In Diagnosing And Resolving Customer Issues Related To Kubernetes And Associated Technologies.
5. Execute Continuous Improvement Activities, Leveraging Monitoring Tools And Feedback Mechanisms To Enhance The Team'S Performance And Service Quality In Kubernetes Support.
Skill Requirements
2. Strong Understanding Of Devops Practices And It Service Management (Itsm).
3. Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Issues In A Complex Kubernetes Environment.
4. Familiarity With Monitoring Tools And Techniques For Assessing System Performance.
