Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

Lead configuration management activities for assigned Xbox hardware programs, including consoles, controllers, and accessories.
Manage Device and Finished Good (FG) SKU configuration activities to ensure BOM readiness and milestone execution.
Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, NPI, Sourcing, Packaging, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and factory teams to maintain accurate configuration data throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage and maintain BOM structures, part numbers, approved configurations, and engineering releases to ensure alignment with product requirements.
Coordinate and execute ECR, ECO, MCO, and deviation implementation activities, ensuring timely incorporation of approved engineering changes.
Drive BOM validation, configuration audits, and release-quality reviews to improve data integrity and manufacturing readiness.
Manage SKU variant configuration, regionalization requirements, and change implementation across multiple product configurations.
Maintain and govern configuration data within OnePDM and related PLM systems.
Drive launch readiness activities by tracking risks, dependencies, blockers, and mitigation plans across program milestones.
Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, data quality, and operational excellence.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
