Job Summary

This position entails leading a technical team with a focus on devops, python, and Kubernetes. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring smooth operations, and implementing best practices in devops, python, and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals in the areas of devops, python, and kubernetes.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, implement, and maintain technical solutions.
3. Develop and implement best practices for devops processes, python coding standards, and kubernetes deployments.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in devops, python, and kubernetes technologies.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in devops practices and tools.
2. Proficient in python programming language.
3. Experience with kubernetes and containerization technologies.
4. Knowledge of ci/cd pipelines and automation tools.
5. Ability to lead and motivate a technical team effectively.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in devops, python, or kubernetes are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
